hot rail what pot??

hi guys, i got a question does the hot rail work better with a 250k or a 500k pot???
now on my strat i use it with a 250k pot. but i'm not sure if it's better to chance it to 500k or not

Word has is that higher output pups and buckers like the 500k pots

in general i agree. higher output pups like higher value pots. i might try a 500k first, if its to bright then go down to a 250k

ok i'll give it a try, cause on my strat i have a H-H-S setup (hotrail bridge, pro track middle and quater pound neck)
