R rizz New member Jun 3, 2014 #1 Hot rails Bridge, Height from strings, what sort of height from the strings would be average ? mine is set around 4mm from the strings, but fender recommend 1.5 mm for full size humbuckers, so im wondering if its a little on the low side. Last edited: Jun 3, 2014
