How about a Hendrix-style thing?

Re: How about a Hendrix-style thing?

LOVE the tone. Nothing sweeter than a clean/slightly gritsy strat tone to chorus (I run my SX strat through my Digitech Multivoice Chorus and into Carvin X-60A tube amp). Delicious! :)

dude, great tone and really cool playing..the quality of the recording is awesome...does that software come with the drum loops and all too?

Here's a little clip I recorded trying to get a Hendrix kinda vibe.

Pretty low-buck setup, too.

MiM Deluxe Super Strat w/Duncan Cool Rail bridge p'up, Tech 21 TM 10, Dano Cool Cat chorus, recorded direct into the PC.

The Strat was less than $500 new, the TM 10 was $150 used and the Cool Cat was $39 used. Software is n-Track Studio, best $39 I ever spent.

Hope you like it,

Re: How about a Hendrix-style thing?

Thanks :D

shreder75, the software is just basic multi-track recording software, doesn't have any loops or backings or anything that come with it. I found this backing on the 'net, just like all my other backings :D

ahhh..gotcha...great quality! I must be thick headed or something..cause as much as people on here say they got the backing from the internet, I have yet to do that..lol..I'm always behind on the times :smack:
