How about a P90 / Timbucker mix?

Here's something a little different. Some cyber-buds had finished this song and posted it on another forum. I d'ld it and added a little bit here and there and sent it back. They liked it, hope you do too.

P90 Les Paul with Leslie effect for the rythym guitar. This is the part that's barely audible, sounds kind of watery, like it's floating in the backround. Just the effect I was going for.

Couple short leads near the end using a '54 Les Paul RI with Timbuckers.

All recorded using a Tech 21 TM 10 straight to the PC, FX added in the mixdown.

Alf great playing as always. Did you do the solo at 1:45 as well as the ending solo?

Re: How about a P90 / Timbucker mix?

Thanks, Al! Yup, I did both solos. The first one was the bridge pickup, the last one was the neck pickup.

Gonna be gone for a couple days so I won't be able to respond to any comments. Thanks for listening!

Thanks, Angus! It is a neat little song. The guy who wrote it has a bunch of cool stuff, he's very creative. I was glad to have been able to add to one of his songs.
