I really wish Gibson would make a guitar with built in effects, computer chips, big battery compartments and in a god awful orange sparkle type finish. Charge $5k for it and I'd be even happier. Wait.....

Eastman Strings is a Canadian violin company that also makes mandolins, acoustic and jazz-oriented electric guitars.
Prices ranged, IIRC, from around $1000-$1500 for the signature models.
Awesome feel, even though I find the nut a little wide at 1.75".

All very woody feeling... excellent craftsmanship and finish.
It doesn't say on their website, but the Eastman rep I talked to said they were made in Korea and finished in Canada.

the only things i really want are a bruno cowtipper 35, a tobacco hamer monaco elite and jazzburst hamer monaco superpro and i dont need any of those but ill get them over the next few years as i can get good deals on them

Since you posted a Warmoth body, there's one on there I'd like to snag for a project. Might be able to since a buddy of mine is buying us parts to build a couple guitars.
