how do i figure out my fretboard radius?

im going to order a floyd rose for my strat, and i dont know the fretboard radius. how can i figure this out? is it marked anywhere? will the serial number help me out? i have no clue, so someone help me out here!

it's a MIM strat, the one in your signature right? it's a 9.5" radius. and origional floyd rose comes only in a 10" radius (the real ones) so you will need shims for the saddles to get it to the right radius. shims can be had at www.guitarpartsresource.com

thanks, if i just buy the ofr and give it to a tech, will he do the shimming for me or should i buy the shims and give them to him?

i guess it depends on your tech but any good tech should know that a floyd needs to be shimmed and should have them (or can make them) but buying a set when you buy the floyd can't hurt since they are cheap. just in case the tech doesn't have them that is you ca just give them to him with the floyd.
