how do i know what to bias my amp to.

the manual for my el diablo give me the info, 0.450mv for 6l6 0.600mv for el34.

I want to retube my laney, but theres no info on what to bias it to, how can i find out or do all tubes bias to the same mv rating as above?

Buy a bias tool and a volt/amp/ohm meter. And only use a plastic handled flathead mini-screwdriver. Be EXTREMELY careful when poking around a live amp.

Biasing an amp starts with finding plate voltage.
