G Guest Guest Dec 17, 2007 #4 Re: how do i load a song in garageband from itunes? - Locate your show in iTunes - Click on it and hold down the mouse button - Have a new project open in Garageband - Move the cursor over to Garageband - Release the mousebutton ... normally called dragging and dropping

Single-click on the sound file, but don't let go of it. Use cmd-Tab to navigate to GarageBand (which should be open already and ready with a blank new project). Drop the sound file in the track area of GarageBand. I'm working on my office PC right now. Otherwise, I'd go through it step-by-step with screen shots for you. - Keith
