How do I return a bum pickup to duncan?

I bought the california 50's set and one of the pickups was dead. Maybe I overlooked contact info on the Duncan website?

Call the number for duncan and they will give you the info and take you replacement order.

That's the thing, I can't find a number anywhere, website, packaging, etc.

If you got them from an authorized dealer, you may be able to do the exchange with them.
