How do you buy the Custom shop pickups?

Great question! I'd tried to do that once, but never heard back on a "confirm method of payment" question - probably a good thing for my marriage anyway...

A step by step would be nice, especially one that said "please pay by"

There is however a description in the custom area. Basically, you email MJ with what you want, she emails back to say yes/no or get more info, and then....I'm not sure. But I think you send the credit card # and then wait...

Again, a clear step by step with timeframes would be mighty helpful!

Can't you just call them up or email them? I'm sure once you get in touch they'll walk you through the process.
