How do you feel about this clean tone?

fairly basic and pretty sounding clean tone that i use quite often. lemme know what you think:

It was good, but I personally would like to hear more bass on the wound strings, maybe its just post EQ thing .. I dont know.

I think that's a beautiful clean tone, and I can tell that you use it a lot because you play to it with a lovely relaxed style and total control of it. It would sit beautifully in a mix too. It really is true that most often the simplest things are the best. I bet you can play along with that tone for hours on end without any stress, in fact quite the opposite! It sounds beautiful.

hey thanks guys. wahwah, you're right. I can easily sit around for an hour or two and just diddle around with simple folky chords and have a blast with this tone. I captured it fairly well, but as always, its even nicer in person.

as far gear, i used the neck pickup on my old tele and my old twin reverb amp. I think i actually had my Duncan Tweak Fuzz on as well, just set for about half gain, and with the guitars volume down quite a bit, the fuzz actually adds no dirt, but a lot of great harmonics and "mojo". I know i used a sm57 close mic'd, and i may have had my AKG condensor in the middle of the room for a little ambience. Thats my basic setup for all my recordings, i hope to post more soon.

i like the tone, and the playing is good. but i don't like the music much. but since this is about the tone, really nice, sexy, and like others have said, relaxed.
