I think they're different sizes, but you can buy pickguards routed for tele bridge and strat neck. Lew would know.

If you have a traditionally routed tele, you will need to purchase a new pickguard and do some routing (just a tiy bit). If you have a modern tele, chances are that it's routed for a 'bucker in the neck. At that point, all you need is a new pickguard. :burnout:
