how is the digitech GNX3?

im looking into getting an effects processor with recording capabilities, so i was looking around when i stumbled across this effects unit. for anyone that has one/ or something similiar to it, can you tell me if it's good? is it worth the money? how's the recording stuff on it? how easy is it to use?
