Just curious... how long is the longest you've ever waited for an axe?

Back in the old Dean Forum days, we did a custom build, I sold things off for nearly a year and made payments toward the Blue Water V.
Seems like it took about 1 year? Maybe a year and a half? before we got them delivered. But I don't have that great of a memory so... Seems like someone else here has one of those 19 beauties.

That's what it is.
6061 Aluminium triple plated chrome. It turned out amazing. Even better than I thought it would.
Sounds awesome too. Custom V and 59 in it.

That thing needs red LED lights built into the fretboard to complete the Cylon look.

It took me a minute. I haven't thought about them in three and a half decades.

My last Warmoth build didn't take that long. I ordered the body and neck from the Showcase. They just happened to meet my specs and body color is sweet so I went for it. Ordered parts not long after that. It took a bit to finish it though as I was setting it up, tweaking the nut slight heights, letting it all settle together, readjusting if I needed to. Now, my SG Junior build took quite a while due to delays to paint because of it being too hot to spray. My current in-progress will be two years easily. It's ready for paint but we had HS Senior stuff last year, then a move, then college stuff, and simply no time to get the garage ready as a paint booth.
