Also, will a Seymour Duncan TB-PG1 Pearly Gates Bridge Trembucker fit in the bridge of an HSS Strat or does it have to be a special F Spaced model?

It will most likely fit; however, if you want the pole pieces to line up with the strings, you will want a trembucker.

Trembucker is the same as F spaced.
