It depends on several things...most importantly...which power tubes are you currently running? How's the opver all condition (1-10 scale), do you have the cover, when is the last time it had a cap job?

My Buddy had a 69' SVT in a serious state of disreapair. (Blown Tranny's) He got $500 on ebay. I imagine a 74' in good working condition going for over $1000+.

a quick look at ened Ebay auctions shows most of the older ones selling for 750-950...

The power tubes are Sovtek 6550 WA's. Overall condition? Beauty is is the eye of the beholder...I guess I'd give it an 8. I bought the amp used with no cover. Cap job? Everythings original other than the tubes (re-tubed about 10 years ago) and the amp works perfectley.

Thanks guys. I cleaned it up inside and out and took it to my local music store to have them sell it. I must say that for a 32 year old amp it's in pretty good shape. You should have seen the look on the sales guys face who plays bass!! :32: He looked it over, tried it out and said I could probably get $1,000.00 for it very easily! CHU-CHING!!
Hell, if I sold it for that much and gave them 10% I'd still be making out like a bandit considering I bought it used in '79 for $300.00!!
