If the guitar isn't megga bucks, do it yourself. Pick one fret, pull out the old fretwire carefully. Measure a piece of new wire and clip it to size. Tap it into place and file it to size. Then get a straight edged steel ruler and place it over the fet to see if it is the right height. If not, carefully file it to the right height. But better still, change all the frets yourself, and then take it to the repair shop for a 'dressing and profiling'.
In the UK you could do the whole thing youself for about £12 and add £20-25 for the repair shop to dress all of the frets. Just try one fret - it's not that difficult.
