It shouldn't be that hard to get, the Bugera is pretty much a Mesa Boogie Dual/Triple Rec clone, and there are a billion different versions of that in BIAS. I know Ola has a decent sounding one in there called Ola RECTO Match. But either way, it shouldn't be that hard, even looking down the list of models it has I see mostly Mesa Dual Recto and Peavey 5150 clones (as it tends to appeal mostly to the metal crowd).
