I am picking up radio frequencies with my effects pedals. How can i stop this? Would a power conditioner work? If so, what is a good power conditioner?

Seriously, that's a good question. Between my ragged pedal-amp cable acting as an antenna and wah acting as a tuner I can tune in some AM station around here.

there are a few things you can do. You can get a power conditioner that grounds the power better. Also make sure that you don't have your electrical sockets that are hooked to you amps and what not be hooked up to the light bulbs. If that makes sense. You might want to shield things better.

if you're in a big city or any area where there's a lot of radio activity, it may just be something you have to deal with unfortunately. make sure you have good quality cables that are well shielded. you can shield the inside of your guitar's control cavity too if it isn't already. other than that, if you have a lot of pedals then you can take them out of the signal path one at a time, as they can often times pick up radio frequencies.
