A question, before I order a concentric pot.

Can I wire it up so the pot works as a volume for both bridge and neck pups, but ONLY as a tone for the neck? I don't want a master tone control, the bridge doesn't need it, I'd just like to be able to adjust the neck's tone.
Possible?

Yes.

You'd need to connect the tone pot to the neck side of the 3 way switch.
