how to remove logo of my Babicz tailpiece ?

Re: how to remove logo of my Babicz tailpiece ?

Logos don't both me on gear, clothing or anything else. I actually like them, it makes me feel as part of the brand. I know a lot of touring musicians will remove logs if the company in question will not endorses them (i.e. free gear). Pretty funny in my eye, the gear is good enough for you to use but you will not endorse the product unless it is free.

If printed, it's likely pad printing type ink. There are removers that are reasonably safe for plastic that probably would work on metal parts. Test on the underside of the piece first.

One example.

When I worked in a pad print shop we used a very dilute solution of Xylol/Xylene to clean metal, though not on polished chome 'beauty' metals. A variant of Acetone solution also worked. Do not rub or buff, just lightly blot or swab and let the solvent lift the ink. Test it on the underside or another similar piece first.
