How to remove pots from grounding plate in Gibson Les Paul standard?

Hey guys I'm trying to switch the pickups and tone pots from my new Gibson Les Paul standard and I just noticed that all the pots are going through a grounding plate before going through the body. Is there a way to just remove the tone pots from the plate and put on new ones?(no load) I wasn't expecting the grounding plate as this is my first original collection guitar without a PCB. Any help here would be greatly appreciated I've got everything I need and am ready to move forward just need more good advice. Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm not looking at what you have, but I would assume they are just held on with a couple nuts or a nut and a lock washer. If the threaded shafts are soldered or somehow part of the metal plate, then you'd have to replace everything.

Remove the nuts on the top body side for all 4 pots, then pull the entire assembly out. You should be able to remove a nut for each tone pot and replace them. Assemble in reverse of removal.

Is lt that easy? Ok I'll check it out, thanks! I was thinking it was soldered or assembled together.
