How to remove speakers from Mesa cab?

Cant figure this out. Looks like they are front loaded but how do you get them out without damaging the grillcloth? Help???????????

I cant figure it out? Duh It looks like the screws sre put in from the front and the threads are visible from the back of the cab.

Does it look anything like this??? All i do is unscrew the 4 screws to take the grill off, then there are a bunch to unscrew the speaker.

I should have mentioned it is a 2000 Mesa oversized 4x12 cab with black grillcloth. If it has screws on the outside to take the grillcloth off I sure cant see em. If I could figure out how to take the grillcloth off it would be easy to figure out but I have to go to my practice space to see tomorrow. I am getting the 2 Celestion G12T100 speakers tomorrow. I will be mixing the2 new speakers with 2 vintage30s in a x pattern like the Bogner Uberschall.

It's rear loaded. Pop the back off and unload them from the rear.

Got that far. I dont see any nuts on the bolts so I dont know how the speakers are held on. Do I have to take the grill off or what. I did this to Marshall cab easy, but this one looks weird.

I will check it out later tonight. I should get the speakers today. I realize its not brain surgery but if I cant figure it out That would be cool of you. Thanks

Got it. Is way simpler than I thought. 9mm socket on the back of the speakers and your done. Aside from a soldering iron.
