How to Tune to Eflat Tuning?...

Re: How to Tune to Eflat Tuning?...

Do you have an electronic tuner? If you do, most of them have a setting to change it to tune a 1/2 step down, or a whole step.

If you don't, you can kind of wing it. If your tuned to E (440) play an F# on your low E string (4th fret) and tune your A string to that note. No go back and lower the pitch one your low E string until fretting it at the 5th is in tune with the A string. Now just tune the G and all the other strings to each other.

It is by no means completely accurate, but will at least get you in the ballpark if you don't have a tuner to read Eb.
