How To Use EZ Drummer

Re: How To Use EZ Drummer

yess. You use the midi drum/key editor on your DAW and use a midi keyboard, or use midi mapping and manual editing.

...once you figure that out....

I've not used EZD, but BFD 2 is set up that way. However, many of BFD 2's presets are 4 measures, not just one, so you can quickly build an entire Verse section with maybe 4 clicks (3 measures and a fill for the 4th).

Single-measures allow better control over each one, such as accent changes on the hi-hat or snare, etc, which BFD 2 also allows.

Re: How To Use EZ Drummer

I just tab out all the drums in guitar pro, solo the drum track then export to midi, load it in EZ drummer, and it should work alright, assuming you got the correct midi numbers for everything.... I think it says in the manual what number corresponds to what in EZ drummer, IE 38 is snare hit, 40 is a rimshot, 35 is bass drum....

not the best program, all the same
