How to wire JBjr in single coil mode

I've got a JB junior p/u in the neck position of my carvin guitar. How would I wire it to run in single coil mode all the time?

Without any push/pull pot or anything use the green & bare wire together solder them to the ground & the red wire to your switch

To answer your question literally, as in, you aren't using a switch, you'ld take bare, green, red, and white, all to ground. Black to hot. Although, I'm not sure why you'ld want to do that. You've just wasted a portion of what you paid for.

That is reverse of how I do it even though I use push pulls. In single coil I am tying red and white to ground.
