How would a alnico 2 magnet PAF reissue pickup sound in the neck and a Jimmy Page SD Custom Shop in the Bridge with a alnico 5 magnet of a Les Paul Std.?
My SD Custom Shop Jimmy page Bridge Position has been delivered to my house today. I'll see it when I get home from work. I ordered a cream/black zebra with a nnickel cover other than that it is to exact specs of JP. I may try the Burstbucker #2 in the neck. The Page in the bridge. After reading tons of info on the Page wiring I may just do a push-pull on the bridge. I also have a RS prem kit with hovland .22 caps and CTS audio taper pots, although I'll have to invest in a stsp switch for the bridge tone. I think this is the way I'm going to go. What do you think?
