Time for a middle pup on an HSH strat, alder body, maple/ maple neck, wilk trem. Bridge pup is a JB trembucker, neck is a Gibson 490R, both of which I like. Tried the lil 59 neck in the middle, which had funny treble. Have the JB jr in there now, which is too much like the JB at the bridge. I'd like something with a bit more low mid girth and chunka-chunka for this position to contrast with the JB but it also has to have enough top end to cut through. So, what do you think about...
