HSH pickup wiring?

Hi,
I am new to this forum. I recently bought all the components to wire a hsh strat pickguard but cant find much information on how to wire it. I have a JB in the bridge, a ssl1 in the middle and a 59 in the neck. The 59 has vintage wiring (braided) and the JB has 5 wires. I also have 3 500k pots (not push pull) a capacitor and a switch. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to wire this?

I think the scheme that Ibanez uses on their HSH RG's is pretty useful and versatile.
