HSS Configuration with RWRP Single

I'm planning on using a JB SH-4 with two Duncan single coils, not sure which ones yet but not noiseless, in this guitar I have soon. I will probably replace the stock A5 magnet in the JB to an A2 as well since I've been pleased with my other one. This guitar will have a 5-way blade switch and I'm wondering if a RWRP single coil in the middle will still provide hum canceling in the 2 position with the JB? I know the 4 position will with both single coils.

It looks like from what I was told by SD is that the RWRP would go in the neck position. The JB would be wired to "autospilt" when in the 4 position and will hum cancel with the middle single. With the RWRP in the neck, the middle and neck will then hum cancel when in the 2 position. So what coil gets "autospilt" in the JB, the side closest to the bridge or the side closest to the neck?
