HSS humbucker split wiring diagram

Hi guys,

for some reason I can't seem to find the right wiring diagram for what I am looking for. Probably easy to find and all just can't see it hahah

So I just want a classic five-way switch arrangement:

1: humbucker alone
2: humbucker+middle
3: middle alone
4: middle+neck
5: neck alone

Then a push-pull volum knob that splits the humbucker. Down, humbucker. Up, single (inner).

If anyone could walk me through how to go about doing this or post a wiring diagram of some sort, would be highly appreciated, thanks!!

Pulled this off Seymour Duncan support section. If you ignore that the bridge pickup is single sized humbucker, the wiring is the same for full size.

I probably should have mentioned that I use 1 master volume and 1 master tone though, so I guess that changes things quite a bit.
