Hi All,
New member here so go easy on me if this has already been asked and answered somewhere.
I've recently fitted a 59/Custom Hybrid Trembucker to my 60s 2004 Strat, the single coils are the middle and neck from an original Texas Special set (and i love them). All works great with a 5 way superswitch, but the split bridge and middle is out of phase.
As the split specifically selects the slug coil of the 59/Custom pickup (with a dc resitance of 7kOhm - this matchs my old Texas Special bridge pickup) with the RWRP middle pickup I just want an in phase output. Can I just flip the magnet in the 59/Custom to resolve this issue? Or, do I need to swap wires too? Or, swap the output wiring of the two Texas Special single coils?
Sketch attached to help!
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
