I’ve got a fender player Stratocaster hss
I’m going to replace the Humbucker with a Seymour Duncan TB6
I’m going to install a contact mic (piezo) on my guitar
This is the wiring diagram for my guitar
I made some modification to achieve this configuration
Position 1 : TB 6 with push pull pot on the tone for full/parallel wiring
Position 2 : Schaller Oyster piezo pickup
Position 3 middle Fender single coil
Position 4 middle+ neck fender single coil
Position 5 neck fender single coil
My master volume and bridge’s tone pot are gonne be 500 kohm while the tone pot for single coils will still remain 250k,so I’d like to wire a ~ 500 Khom resistor in parallel with neck and middle single coil pickups.
Here it is the original wiring diagram modified by me
