Hey all, wondering if anyone could assist.
I want to configure my HSS strat with a humbucker sized P90 in bridge.
Can anyone tell me what values I need for the pots or a diagram?
Should I put a 500k for tone? Just couldn't quite get the info I needed off of the Duncan wiring page. Thanks for any assistance.

I just did a Mean 90 bridge / SL59-1n axe, and the diagram I used came from forum bro hermetico --- nice guy --- he made a diagram for me free of charge just because he's a generous fellow.

Anyways, just wire it like SSS, there should only be 2 conductors and a ground on that pickup (your HB sized P90), right? Just ground the bare wire and hook up the conducters per diagram as if it were a regular old Strat pickup.

I did 250K for volume and tone, and I am really, really happy with it. It's so natural to my ears, moreso than 500K; what was in it before.

Hey thanks for the reply. I am putting in a GFS Dream 90. Sounds like 250k all the way. Appreciate the advice!

+1. Any single coil in the bridge is pretty darn bright, and really could use a 250K or two. That takes off a little treble & makes the mids seem stronger. 500K's for the neck.
