HSS wiring help

Hi i would like to know if there is any way to get such a pick up configuration with a 5 way super switch?

HSS configuration:
Position1: Full Humbucker
Position2: Slug inner coil
Position3: Slug inner coil + Middle
Position4: Middle + Neck
Position5: Neck

Is something like this what you are looking for (ignore that the bridge is a single-sized humbucker)?

Absolutely possible. On one pole attach the bridge hot wire to position 1 and bridge it to position 2 and 3, then attach the neck hot wire to position 5 and bridge to position 4. On a second pole attach the middle hot wire to position 3 and bridge it to position 4. On a third pole attach your red/white wires from the bridge pickup to position 2 and bridge to position 3. Connect the common terminals from the first two poles then connect that to your volume pot. Finally connect the common terminal from the third pole to ground and you should be golden
