I have a Carvin Bolt with the HSS and 500k pots and a Fishman piezo system. I aquired a set of SSL-1 pickups that I have been wanting for a while now. Before I put them in as a HSS or a SSS I would like some information on what the difference would be in having 500K or 250K pots. I want to keep the Fishman as the guitar was a prototype and not another one like it. Also not sure if I want to keep the C22T or upgrade to a Custom/Custom if I stay with the HSS. I would welcome any and all responses.
