Humbucker Base Plate

Does anyone know where I can find humbucker base plates - the kind with the 3 holes on each side?

These will work fine. Unless the bobbins to fit are Fender Wide Range, which won't fit this baseplate, or any other I know of.

I'm sorry - didn't make my question clear:
What I need is the base plate with the 3 holes for the height adjustment screws.
