Humbucker for strat

I have a HSS configuration alder strat and want something good for metal/palm mutes and rhythm. Something that doesn't get muddy for lower tunings. I have a invader in there now and want to try something different. I'm using a 6505 at the moment.

SH-5 Custom should be good. I have one in a LP and it has huge and tight bottom.

I've always like the JB in my alder bodied strats..........

Custom. It'll give you exactly what you looking for. Ditch the invader.

I like my JB too but it can get a little loose on the bottom end.

depending on how much output you want and how you want it to mix with the singles

I really don't care how it matches with my singles. I usually just use the the humbucker anyways.. I was thinking maybe a med output pickup. Ive always had high output and have heard some people like med output better for high gain applications.
