Humbucker version of SSL-3 hot

I have a Ibanez Talman 720 that has the Super 58 pickups in it. I want something with a tad more output, and have previously had a SSL-3 Hot single coil in my strat that I really loved. Is there a humbucker that is similar to the SSL3 hot?

maybe a custom custom? the ssl3 has a rounded high end and lots of mids, the cc has some of those attributes. it isnt super high output but has more push than a paf type pup

I don't know. An SSL-3 has a particular single coily-ness to it, and I've never heard that in a humbucker. Maybe one of those single coil humbucker rings, and just use the SSL-3.

I'd figure a humbucker sized p-90 would get you much closer than a humbucker.

the customshop can wind you a humbucker shaped ssl3 is you so desire. They've done more complex stuff than that, to be honest.

If you're not in the USA, houseoftone pickups can make you a pickup like that too, for fairly reasonable prices too. great quality! I love their wooden boxes <3
