Humbuckers for Mahogany Maple top HH Strat

Hello. I have an HH "Double Fat" Strat I put together a while ago with Mahogany Neck and Body and a Maple top. It has Armstrong P90-ish humbucker sized in there now which I'm moving to another guitar. I've always wanted to have just a throwback humbucker sound with it for classic rock levels of output no more. It has a huge neck so it'l never be a shred guitar. I have one with a super thin neck I use for that (or try to lol).

The thing is its hard to find any recommendations for a guitar with Les Paul woods but Strat scale length which does make a difference. I thought of trying Pearly Gates, WLH, High Voltage, Antiquity all those usual suspects. Except I'd really prefer 4 conductor, short leg, and chrome covers.

What do you all think? Has anyone done anything like this?

I say order an Antiquity or Seth Lover as a 4 conductor pickup. They can be ordered from any dealer as a Shop Floor Custom pickup. Both sound amazing in a mahogany/maple strat-ish guitar. I have a 4 conductor Seth Lover in a maple/black limba Warmoth that sounds fantastic. I am thinking of getting a custom Antiquity set for my other Warmoth soloist.

Interesting..I have a neck Antiquity with an A5 Roughcast magnet I really like in an Alder body guitar. I swapped it based on posts here. Not that I dislike A2 but the degaussed A2 was too dark. I had that A5 spare at the time and it worked out.. I've played the Seth Lovers in a PRS McCarty a few times (not mine) and they sounded great.

Seths could be very middy sounding in a mahogany strat with mahogany neck. I’d go for pickups with either A5 or A4 magnets.
