Hush C vs. ISP stomp?

Ok, the Hush C rack version for $159 or Decimator stomp for $123 whats a better noise reduction for the buck? Now, I know that ISP's time vector beats Rockotron's stuff when its pedal to pedal, rack to rack comparison. But what about this one?

I'd take the ISP. Never compared them back to back but never had a problem with the ISP on any amp I've tried it with.

haha, yea, great minds think alike. The VH100R is a notoriously noisy head for really high gain stuff. Basically I got the MXR as a birthday present and it does its job perfectly. It does cut my tone a little more than the ISP because it is a true gate, however its only really noticeable on the clean channel. The other guitarist in my band uses an ISP so I have tried it with my amp fairly often. If I was going to buy a new noise suppressor it would be the ISP. However, I haven't needed to because the MXR is fine for what I use it for.

Oh, you are pretty close by then. We aren't gigging yet, unfortunately. We are about to try out a new bassist, but by the end of august we should be playing. The band I am in now is a different one from the link in my sig. That one collapsed, if you are interested I can send you some demo tracks though.

I never tried the Hush C, but I did own an ISP Decimator pedal and it worked great with my JCM800.

what typa' metal are you guys?
well the reason i am asking about this comparison is that ISP rack is out of my price range now, and I am thinking that I might need a "looped gate" you know the feature of NS-2 only i've heard a lot how NS-2 cuts loads of sustain and really messes with your tone, ISP was started by the guys who created the Hush system the Hush rack system does have the loop feature and now is very cheap, but ISP has the whole time vector thing ...... I am afraid that I might have to clean up my pre-amp and my TS9 and that ISP in the loop wont be enough but I am not able to score an ISP rack now ....
