Hydra Boost... any users

I just got a Hydra boost and I really like it, it seems really transparent. I really like how it just adds more of my tone, It's as if I turned my amp up 2 notches without the added volume. My only consern is reliabilty and construction, the pedal is so light and rattles a bit... Anyone have experience with these? Thank you

I have only heard good things about it.. I know one who has got one, and haven't heard anything that should suggest bad reliability..

The rattleing is the dead Chinese we left in there
It is the battery clip...hehe and there is not alot of parts in a cleanbooster, made like old Fuzz's, without the distortion, a pair of BC549 helps turning up the volume.

Well....they both turn up the volume
All I know is that the Microamp adds some lowend to the sound.

So they the same in the sense that if you just want more of what you got to cut through for the leads just throw one of these in to the EFX loop? i.e. they are different from S.D. Pick booster?
