Hyper switch

I have a Jackson SLX DX with Duncan design hb 103's. It has a 3 way switch, I am thinking I'd like to install the Duncan hyper switch. Will it fit? Anyone else here have any experience using the hyper switch with dual humbuckers? Btw, new to this forum, so Hi all!

Welcome to the forum!
The Hyperswitch should fit (at least the top of it will), and it sounds great with 2 humbuckers! My usual wiring is for 2 humbuckers and takes a superswitch and a lot of wires. The Hyperswitch makes that much easier and cleaner.

Thing is, there has to be enough space in the cavity for a 9v battery as well. Also, check out the dimensions of the Hyperswitch to see if you have enough side-to-side room in there.

Thanks man! I'm also looking at the fishman power packs, either the universal or the one for strats. The one for strats looks like it'll replace the cover over the floyd rose spring cavity. But there is plenty of room in the electronics cavity for the switch and a battery if I go the 9v route. I was worried about a 5 way replacing a 3 way switch and if I would have to modify the switch slot and drill new mounting screw holes.

Lovin' the Hyperswitch!!! So many possibilities.... It fit perfect and there was plenty of room for a 9v battery. Now I need to upgrade my frs springs to the noiseless ones. Right now I put a piece of foam over them to quiet them down.

That's awesome! I loved my time with the HyperSwitch (beta testing). The wiring I prefer is a little tricky with a SuperSwitch, so this makes it so much easier.
