Hyperswitch not showing double coils

I just sgot my hperswitch set up & connected to the app successfully.On the guitar I have a single coil EJ pickup & the other 2 are Duncan hot rails.It's a Fender guitar with 1 volume pots & 2 tone pots.On the app I see all 3 pickups as single coil pickups for some reason.I dont see the 2 Hotrails pickups or the North South indicators.Is this some malfunction or an issue with the wiring? Here are more pics on the wiring done.I'm wondering if the Hotrails color coding is different than other Duncan pups? As the pic shows,I have Silver in the first slot, green in the seconded & red & white together in the third & black in the fourth. Not sure why the hyper switch app is recognizing it as a single coil pup.

Did you try this (from the manual):

Setting Up Your Pickups
1. Tap on Device Settings from the menu

2. Then tap on Pickup Settings

3. For each pickup position, choose the type of pickup you have from the drop down menu: You can choose: None: if you don’t have a pickup in that particular location on your guitar. Probably most useful for the middle position, if you only have a two pickup guitar. Single Coil: For standard Strat and Tele single coils or P90 pickups. Strat Sized Humbuckers: for models like our Little 59, Jbjr, or Red Devils, or Rails models like Hot Rails and Cool Rails. Humbucker: for Full Sized Humbuckers Stacked: for our hum-cancelling stacked pickups like YJM, Classic Stack Plus, Vintage Hot Stack Plus, Custom Stack Plus for Strat, or Vintage Stacks for Telecaster. P-Rails: for our unique and versatile P90/Rail

the neck it the real single, correct?

it may not be assigned or wired correctly

Thanks.It's actually my bad! I should have read the manual or watched the video instructions! Yes I didnt realize there is a pickup configuration needed to be done on the app.After a few hours I finally found out ! I presumed the app would read my pickup type , which it didnt !
