I bought pickups

I decided for the 59 and phat cat. I just bought them 2 hours ago and now am preparing to install. I printed 2 different schematics. 2 humbackers, 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3 way switch, but one is in phase. What are the pros and cons of wiring them in phase.

I would think both would have them in-phase. Are you referring to one having an in-phase/out-of-phase switch or push/pull? In-phase is the standard way to wire up a guitar. Out-of-phase (which I have mods to produce on both my Strat and Tele) produces a very thin vocal type sound, which with the tone rolled down quite a bit can fatten to something reminiscent of a P-90s snarl. Seeing as how you went for the Phat cat, you have the P-90 tone, so just wire it without an out-of-phase switch.

Series/parallel on the bucker pup would be a nice addition (go from full size bucker to single coil sounds).
