Sounds great, but the variax still doesnt convince me on high gain tones (thats a different topic alltogether though )

get one mcclano! it's the best recordning tool for a home recorder. unless you got a studio with 40+ amps and tons of effects

it actually begins to scare me that Line6 begin to look more and more like Boss with each product they make.

i couldnt help but notice the PODxt Live looks just a tad too much like a GT-6, and now they're even beginning to make single pedals ("Tonecore series").
this just doesnt look good

nay, that wouldnt be good methinks.. and this looks way more hardcore than the GT6 a million times better and more versatile.

if i remember correctly there was recently a change in Line6's ownership so you can expect anything from them now.

OK im thinking of geting a PODxt for recording this week. Is it worth it if im just gona use my own pedals in front?
