I can't play with od/dist/fuzz what's wrong with me?

I don't use distortion any more, even though just 2 years ago it was a must. I use like od through my tube screamer, but I usually just play straight through my Super Reverb

When i step on dirt boxes it just takes away the fun for me - Am i sick?
No. You just have your tastes, and others have theirs. For some, there's nothing more fun than a buzzy, sustaning distorted sound. For others, playing clean is great fun. I've heard Pat Metheney do some distorted stuff, and it's brilliant like everything else he plays, but if he just stuck to playing clean, I wouldn't miss hearig his guitar distorted. The huge variety of guitar tones and styles and tastes out there are what make the guitar such a great instrument.

If clean is more fun, play clean. You gotta keep it fun!

And don't worry even if you are sick. Some of the sicker guitar music being made out there is pretty cool.

In my experiance some of the best players I've met tend to play with a fairly clean sound. Not to say theres not other amazing guitarist that use tons of gain or anything, cause there is. But I've just noticed the more creative, and unique players I meet almost always don't use much distortion.

But when I think of "good creative and unique" guitarists, I normally think of Jazzers, and country players. haha. Theres great Metal guitarists, But to me A great jazz guitarist, or country guitarist, or classical guitarist, etc... almost always seems to be "better". ya know? Theres Tons of great metal guitarists, But the vast majority of the ones I run into can't really play much other than metal sorta stuff(not to say none of them can, Just the ones I run into the most can't). But a jazzer, or country guy, those dudes can normally play they're prefered style, Plus tons of other styles. And sound great doing all of it.
