I feel like an idiot stupid speaker!!

Ok I feel like an idiot for a number of reasons.
Well I decided to upgrade my fender pro juniors speaker so i put money into buying a weber blue dog big mistake as i doesnt fit at all (the magnet being to big). Oh why didnt i asked at this forum first! and why didnt i measure it!! now im left with a speaker and 100 dollars less in my pocket! (Im 16 without a job so that is alot of money for me!).
Now i think im gonna save up and find a better amp to put this speaker in.

Have you tried it without the bell?

No i didnt realise until research that it was ok to use without the bell cover. Although the difference in height wont make enough difference (according to specs) but that the highest point is not under the chassis but the tubes it might just work so i think ill try that. I did freak out a little as i was incredibly excited and it didnt fit!

Yeah, I just put a new speaker into my old combo practice amp. When searching for the new speaker, I found that the most important step to take first is to sit with a ruler and mearure as many of the dimensions of the enclosure as possible.

It just fits with the bell off YAY.
It sounds great my pro junior actually a fat low end and its cleaner and richer. Can't wait till it breaks in so it will sounds even better!!
