website I'm not sure about if they sell in the U.s. I heard somewhere that they might be working out a U.s distributor, but It might not be true.

A little bit of both ... endorsements help both parties: free advertising for them, quality product @ a good price for me.
I'll leave the 'hawking' part to BK's adverstising machine. (Definition of hawking is "To peddle goods aggressively", which isn't really my style). However, if it's a great product, I have every intention of giving them my full support ("endorsement"), just the same as I do with Rivera, Wayne, and Fulltone products.
Actually, I called Tim to order pickups, and the endorsement just came out of our initial conversation; I didn't call Bare Knuckle soliciting my band. The same thing happened with Michael Charvel of Wayne Guitars ...

Bare Knuckle is unique in that Tim is very interested in having 'up and coming' artists using his pickups.

It was a toss up between the VHII and the Miracle Man for my 1st set, and I opted for the MM ... I want a VH II as well, tho.
