MIM tele. Was caca purple, chipped and nasty. Now reranch arctic white nitro, new 6 saddle vintage bridge, SD quarter pounders front and rear. A beefy monster now but every bit a tele with twang

TRM all pine cab in RR nitro as well with a Texas Heat in it. Using a Lil Night Train head. Just crunch city fun

I was thinking the same thing. Does the ashtray make your right hand awkward?

It's just for show really. I like the look. It pops right off if needed

I also don't do much Palm muting so I'm good there

I actually find myself resting my hand on it while picking. It's not bad.
